with every plan (optional ensuite available in all semi
models). Small details like Classique panel interior doors with
satin chrome hardware really top things off.
Details that are not as easy to see but are equally
important include steel re-enforced foundation walls wrapped
with Platon foundation wrap to eliminate basement leaks, rigid
foam exterior wall sheeting to reduce thermal bridging and
high-density spray foam on all ductwork and garage ceilings
with floor space above to keep your feet warm. In addition,
single detached home buyers have the option to choose an
Energystar package that will further benefit you and your
family as energy costs continue to climb (Energystar available
on single detached homes only).
“Our standards are very good. We include a lot of upgraded
features that other builders may charge a premium for,”
Biltmore Homes’ sales representative Bev Megna says of the
company's success.
“The semi plans will have the same impressive standard
features as the detached homes, allowing affordable options for
those who don’t want or need the additional land of a single,”
she added.
