In addition, single detached home buyers have the option to choose an Energystar package that will further benefit you and your family as energy costs continue to climb (Energystar available on single detached homes only).

“Our standards are very good. We include a lot of upgraded features that other builders may charge a premium for,” Biltmore Homes’ sales representative Bev Megna says of the company's success.

“The semi plans will have the same impressive standard features as the detached homes, allowing affordable options for those who don’t want or need the additional land of a single,” she added.
